    $50 Annual  Dues Per Person Due. Note Annual Dues are for all attending each annual trip.

    $220  2nd Room Payment Due.

    February 15th, 2026

    $220 or room balance - final payment due

    Cancellation Policy

    In order to receive partial refund (minus deposit) you must cancel on or before 02/13/2026. A refund will be issued once your room vacancy has been filled. 


    Only President/VP are esponsible for filling vacant rooms. You cannot sell your room.
